By using this site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and please do not submit any orders for products or services. The terms and conditions posted on this website, including the RMA policy, are public information and must be adhered to by anyone doing business with paylessmerchandise.com unless there is a written contract signed by an officer of paylessmerchandise.com.
- Paylessmerchandise.com uses the services of third party contractors who update our website, we do our best to keep the information on the website as accurate as possible. Customers will agree that we are not liable for mismatched product pictures nor mistakes in product information. Paylessmerchandise.com will only guarantee that we ship the product named on the invoice.
- Customers shall agree that each item in a multi-item purchase from Paylessmerchandise.com shall be treated independently unless stated otherwise in the memo section of their order. That is, defect, replacement, and cancellation of one item does not constitute the voiding of the entire purchase. Each item shall be considered independently for warranty or refund purposes unless the customer has stated otherwise in the invoice memo.
- Customers shall agree that under absolutely no circumstances will shipping be refunded once we ship.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to look over their email confirmation and make sure all shipping, billing and item purchased are correct. If you do not get an email confirmation, call us to see if the order went through.
- Order cancellation will only be accepted through email (only before the order is processed). It cannot be done over the phone or by leaving voice mails. You can confirm order cancellation by checking the order status online. Cancellation on orders already charged carry a $10 (or 15% whichever is greater) + 5% credit card processing handling fee. The reason we charge this fee is because when we get your order we purchase the products you requested and whether you cancel or not, we own it and now must resell the item at a discount. Shipped orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
If you wish to purchase products offered on the site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide to paylessmerchandise.com will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases. Payless Merchandise accepts American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard credit cards and Paypal. Your Billing address MUST match shipping address; otherwise your order will be not accepted or will be shipped to your billing address. Because of the growing concern over Internet fraud and the general imperfect process of verifying International orders, we can only accept money transfer for international orders. Please read carefully description of product before you will place order. Check our terms BRAND NEW – new merchandise, never opened, NEW-OPEN BOX – retail box was open, product is new, not used, inspected and tested for proper operation, STORE DEMO – product was on store display visible for customers, USED – product is used with some used marks, possible scratches and it might be with no accessories and in non original box – please check description and contens. For other details please check product’s description. Some products might be in slightly damaged or scratched boxes, it will not affect the product at all.
When paying by credit card, if you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address. This is a precautionary measure we perform to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity.

How do I get an invoice?
After placing your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation page. You will also receive this information in an email. This is your invoice; you can print for your record and for in case you will need any assistance from manufacturer.
Hours of operation
You can place an order online at any time. Customer service representatives will be available for telephone orders and general inquiries during the business hours of 10a.m. – 5p.m., Monday through Friday, Honolulu Time. Please note the payment via web site payment gateway is secure and will be processed within 24 hours via bank processor. Payment over the phone requires more time and will be clear within 48 hours.
Shipping & Handling
Handling takes 1-5 business days within placing an order. Razor products shipped directly from Razor warehouse in California or our warehouse on Maui, require minimum handling time of 5 business days. Estimated date of shipment is 5-7 business day after placing an order. items shipped from our Maui warehouse might take up to six weeks. Payless Merchandise cannot guarantee shipment or delivery date when item is being shipped from a third party company. Once shipped, Payless Merchandise is not responsible for the products in transit. Please be sure you will choose the carrier carefully. FedEx and USPS provides you with detailed tracking, you will be able track your merchandise from our store to your hand.
We ship to any physical address that USPS or FedEx ship to within the United States, however, we will only ship to a billing address shown on the invoice. If the billing address is PO Box, Payless Merchandise is not responsible for the products in transit. By placing an order where P.O. Box is a billing addres a customer accepts liability for the order. In order to protect your investment and our merchandise delivery confirmation may be required.
Payless Merchandise is not responsible for any delay in transit and we don’t guarantee any shipping or delivery time frame because we are using third party shippers.
Orders placed and paid via credit / debit card will not be accepted if the card is issued outside of USA. Pricing and Typographical Errors
Due to the fast pace of the computer industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to list the most accurate, up to the minute information. Despite our efforts, some items on our website may be mispriced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographical, or technical error or error in pricing from our vendors, paylessmerchandise.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
If your credit card has already been charged for the incorrect price, we will immediately refund your card and cancel your order. You may also repurchase it for the correct price if you wish to.
Due to the volatility in pricing for computer products, we do not match competitor’s pricing and we will not offer price protection beyond the 24 hours of purchase. i.e., If Intel drops the price of a processor 5 days after your purchase, that is beyond our control and our cost for that same processor when we shipped is also much higher than our current selling price. We will not be able to refund the difference since we had to purchase the processor at a much higher cost to send it to you when you placed your order.
Buying any product from the “Payless Merchandise” website is completely risk free if you read our product descriptions carefully and are confident on what you are ordering. Please read the following terms.
All returns / exchanges require prior authorization by Payless Merchandise. Please contact us over the email to get your RMA number. Unauthorized returns (returns without RMA number) will not be accepted, package will be refused. Software / PC memory / processors may not be returned in any case.
Unwanted Items – RMA necessary
Brand new / unopened items (security tape is not cut) may be returned for a store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. Must come in original packaging with all original accessories. 25% Handling & Restocking Fee will apply and exact shipping cost will be deducted from total order amount. For FREE SHIPPING items 20% Handling & Restocking fee will apply and exact shipping cost will be deducted from total order amount.
New-opened / used items may be returned for 50% store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. Must come in original packaging with all original accessories and original serial number. Unwanted item return might be rejected by Payless Merchandise.
Order cancelled before shipment – 5% processing fee will apply.
Defective Items – RMA necessary
All products are tested prior to shipment. If, however, you receive a DOA product, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Any defective item will be exchanged for an identical item as soon as we receive the defective product. If replacement is not available, full refund will be issued. If the product is found non-defective, in a case of refund – 20% Handling & Restocking Fee will apply, in a case of exchange – the same product will be shipped to you. Return shipping is at customer’s expense and it’s not refundable.
Damaged In Transit
Packages delivered with obvious signs of damage should not be accepted from the carrier, recipient should refuse them and contact us within 48 hours. If, however, outter packaging seems intact and only after opening the package the damage is visible, contact us immediately. In both cases claim will be filed with the shipper. Once the investigation is finalized, refund (cost of the product + shipping cost – handling fee >$7<) will be issued.
Shipping a Return
Prior to shipping the item back, please email us at email@example.com and provide us with the following information:
– Your name
– Invoice number
– Reason for return
Here is the form you need.
Receiving RMA number is necessary for return or exchange. Once you receive your RMA you have 72 hours to confirm the shipment by providing us with the tracking number. If we do not receive this information within 72 hours, the case will be considered closed.
As soon as we receive the item, we will either reimburse you for the cost of the product or arrange an exchange.
Additional fees will apply if the product is found damaged or has missing parts.
Shipping charges are not refundable in any case and return because of shipping delay is not accepted.
The best way to handle any product functionality is to contact manufacturer and apply for manufacturer’s warranty. All brand new products have 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or phone order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Paylessmerchandise.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
